Return & Exchange Policy
At Tamanna Saree, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards. As our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we kindly request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Exchange for Damaged or Incorrect Products (Domestic Orders)
We offer an exchange if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive an incorrect item different from what was ordered
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:
- Order number
- Clear photos and videos of opening the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost. We recommend recording a video while opening the parcel to avoid any conflicts. Exchange will be processed after receiving the return parcel.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of handcrafted sarees and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Color variations due to screen/monitor settings
- Occasion-related changes
- Delayed delivery caused by unforeseen courier issues
Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or weaving may occur due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, and the handcrafted nature of handloom products. These are not considered defects. On hand-embroidered sarees and suits, shade tone may vary by 3–5% due to the hand-dyed and hand-embroidered process that makes each piece unique.
International Orders (USA, UK, UAE, Canada & more)
Due to the nature of international shipping and customs regulations:
- All international sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence and your order number
- We will assess each case individually and offer a suitable resolution (store credit or replacement where feasible)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or return shipping costs
